Moynaq District is rapidly transforming into a space of inspiration, confidence, and opportunity.
Key seminars focused on promoting women’s entrepreneurship were recently held for women from the Bozatov, Moynaq, and Konlikol districts. The event marked a historic milestone—opening a new chapter in the lives of women and helping them transform their dreams into business plans.
This initiative is being implemented within the framework of the “Rural Entrepreneurship Development – Phase 2” Project, funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association.
Running from February 2025 to August 2027, the project aims to bring meaningful and lasting change to the lives of 1,500 women. Through a five-module training program, participants will gain knowledge, build confidence, and most importantly, embark on their own entrepreneurial journeys.
The best-developed grant proposals will receive financial support ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 USD. This is not just funding—it is a vote of confidence in women, a gateway to opportunity, and a step toward a brighter future.
The seminars were attended by both international and local experts, including Kh. Dzhumaboyev, I. Rudenko, Bulgarian expert K. Kamolova, B. Ayimbetova from the Women’s Committee of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as women from the region.
The event was led by the Hokim of Muynak District, Mr. Bakhtiyar Menglibekov.
