The team of the project “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria (FUMI)”, implemented by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development – Bulgaria (CEED Bulgaria) and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), held a working meeting at the CEED Bulgaria office.

The focus of the meeting was the analysis of a national survey conducted among 84 employers during April–May 2025. The survey, carried out by BCCI, aims to explore the expectations, needs, challenges, and advantages perceived by Bulgarian companies regarding the employment of third-country nationals.

 On September 25, 2025, a national roundtable will be held in Sofia — a key forum bringing together representatives from the business community, national and local authorities, academia, NGOs, and international organizations.

CEED Bulgaria is actively contributing to the development of a platform for dialogue between entrepreneurs, institutions, and experts in the field of integration. The goal is to promote sustainable solutions for human capital and a more inclusive labor market.
