On 15 April 2026, a job fair was successfully held in Varna within the framework of the project “Functional Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI), funded by the European Union.

The event attracted significant interest and brought together employers from various economic sectors and job-seeking third-country nationals. Over the course of several hours, participants held dozens of direct meetings, exchanged contacts, and explored a wide range of employment opportunities.

Employers presented their companies, current job openings, and requirements for candidates, while job seekers had the opportunity to better orient themselves within the Bulgarian labour market and take their first steps toward professional realization. Short interviews were also conducted on site, further facilitating the recruitment process and creating real prospects for future employment.

The fair once again confirmed the importance of such initiatives as an effective tool for connecting employers with motivated candidates, as well as for promoting the sustainable integration of third-country nationals into Bulgarian society and the labour market.
