As part of the working visit to Albania, representatives of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development – Bulgaria (CEED Bulgaria), together with partners from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), held a meeting at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana under the project “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI in Bulgaria).

The meeting brought together experts from CEED Bulgaria and BCCI, as well as representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana. The discussions were held in a constructive spirit, highlighting the long-standing positive dialogue between Bulgaria and Albania and the potential for expanding economic cooperation.

Particular emphasis was placed on opportunities for partnership in key sectors such as tourism, construction, agriculture, and others, as well as on the development of joint initiatives and cross-border projects.

During the meeting, CEED Bulgaria presented the progress achieved under the “FSMI in Bulgaria” project, aimed at facilitating legal labor migration and the integration of third-country nationals. The results achieved so far were shared, along with the opportunities provided by the developed online platform for connecting Bulgarian employers with job candidates – www.bgjobsportal.com.

The organization of a joint online event with partners from Albania was also discussed, with the aim of further promoting the platform and the opportunities it offers.

The meeting laid the groundwork for strengthening cooperation between the organizations and developing future joint initiatives in support of businesses and the labor market.
