As part of their working visit to Yerevan, representatives of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development – Bulgaria (CEED Bulgaria) and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), partners under the project “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI), held a working meeting with representatives of World Trade Center Armenia.

During the meeting, the hosts presented the organization’s activities, main areas of work, and initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, investment, and international business cooperation. Special attention was given to the organization’s Business Hub, which supports the development of business communities and the establishment of international partnerships.

Representatives of CEED Bulgaria and BCCI presented the objectives and activities of the Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria (FSMI) project, as well as the BGJobs online platform, developed to provide reliable information on legal employment opportunities in Bulgaria and to facilitate connections between employers and job seekers from third countries.

The discussion focused on opportunities to promote the BGJobs platform and the upcoming project information events through the network of partners and members of World Trade Center Armenia. Representatives of the organization expressed interest in the project and in providing information to potential job candidates regarding legal employment and residence opportunities in Bulgaria.

The participants also exchanged information on the needs of the Bulgarian labour market, sectors experiencing workforce shortages, and employment opportunities for qualified professionals and workers from Armenia.

At the conclusion of the meeting, World Trade Center Armenia confirmed its willingness to support the promotion of the project and the upcoming information initiatives. Opportunities for future cooperation between the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and World Trade Center Armenia were also discussed, with the aim of strengthening international partnerships and business relations between Bulgaria and Armenia.

The visit is part of the activities under the Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria (FSMI) project, which aims to promote sustainable mechanisms for international cooperation, exchange of experience, and the development of policies supporting legal migration and successful integration.
