The Bulgaria National Bank’s Deputy Governor Nina Stoyanova will open banking conference
Will Bulgaria’s path to the Euro be extended, what are the next steps for the country towards the Eurozone and will the central banks regain the lost confidence in the markets – these and more questions will be at the center of the new banking conference Banking Today, organized by the leading economic site Investor.bg, part of Investor Media Group.
The conference will be held on May 9 at 2 pm EST in the “Vasil Levski” hall of the Hyatt Regency Sofia hotel. During the big half-day conference, the guests will be able to follow two thematic panels with discussions.
The expert talks will start with the panel “Bulgaria’s path to the Euro” and it will be opened with speech from Bulgaria National Bank’s Deputy Governor Nina Stoyanova.
The Bulgaria Business Leaders Forum’s chairman Levon Hampartzoumian, the economist prof. Krasimir Petrov and the financier Krasimir Katev will participate in the expert discussion of the panel.
“Technology and Banking” is the name of the second discussion panel of Banking Today, which will start at 4 pm. During the discussion experts from leading financial companies and banks in Bulgaria will analyze the ways in which technologies change the traditional way of banking, the benefits for businesses and consumers of the so-called “open banking”, cybersecurity, digital banks in the Bulgarian market and the ability to prevent erosion of customer loyalty through digitalization.
