During the period 7-8 November in Namangan, Uzbekistan, trainings on the topic of “Participatory Community Development – Part 2” were successfully held with trainer Ruska Boyadzieva (Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at CEED Bulgaria). 22 qishloq facilitators received their certificates of participation.
