CEED Bulgaria held another working meeting with partners from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The team of CEED Bulgaria and representatives of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held another working meeting within the framework of the project “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI in Bulgaria). During the meeting, the partners discussed upcoming initiatives under the project and opportunities to further connect Bulgarian employers with third-country nationals seeking employment in Bulgaria.

Following the successful meetings with employers in Burgas, Plovdiv and Sofia, CEED Bulgaria is preparing a job fair that will provide an opportunity for direct meetings and conversations between Bulgarian employers and job-seeking third-country nationals. The event will take place on 31 March at 10:00 a.m. at Grand Hotel Sofia (1 Gen. Gurko St.), and will also be accessible online via the Zoom platform.

During the job fair, the partners will present the platform for hiring third-country nationals developed within the project, as well as other results achieved under the FSMI initiative. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experience, discuss challenges and share good practices related to the employment and integration of foreign workers.

The job fair is organized jointly with Caritas Sofia. Interested employers are invited to register in advance by 27 March 2026. Based on the information provided in the registration questionnaire, meetings with job-seeking third-country nationals will be arranged.

During the meeting, the partners also discussed the preparation of a similar upcoming event with employers in Varna, planned for April 2026.
