During their working visit to Vietnam, CEED Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) held a meeting with VNSKILL, a company with experience in identifying and preparing talent for professional opportunities in international markets.

The meeting focused on opportunities to promote labour mobility between Vietnam and Bulgaria and on ways to provide more Vietnamese candidates with access to up-to-date information about employment and professional development opportunities in Bulgaria.

Le Tuan An, Executive Director of VNSKILL, presented the company’s activities and experience in providing specialists for various sectors, including engineering, construction, hospitality and healthcare. The participants also discussed potential opportunities for cooperation with Bulgarian organisations and employers.

Another key topic was the potential cooperation between VNSKILL and BGJobs – an online platform developed within the framework of the “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI in Bulgaria) project. Closer coordination between the two platforms could help facilitate connections between companies in Bulgaria and candidates from Vietnam seeking professional opportunities.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for CEED Bulgaria to present its approach to developing international partnerships and initiatives aimed at better connecting the needs of businesses with available talent from third countries.

At the end of the meeting, CEED Bulgaria, BCCI and VNSKILL expressed their interest in continuing the dialogue and exploring opportunities for joint initiatives in the coming months.

The visit was part of the international activities under the “FSMI in Bulgaria” project, through which CEED Bulgaria, in partnership with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), works to build sustainable partnerships with organisations in third countries and promote professional opportunities in Bulgaria.
