Goals:
The project is developed to meet the needs of upgrading and increasing the capacity of employees in the National Social Security Institute responsible for the implementation of policies in the specialized field of competence: control-methodological and advisory functions of the NSSI. The contract is in implementation of activities carried out under project BG05M9OP001-3.016 “Development of a system for control over the expertise of working capacity”, funded by the operational program “Human Resources Development”.
Activity 1: “Organizing and realization specialized trainings for the NSSI employees”
Activity 2 “Logistical and technical support of the specialized trainings of the NSSI employees”
The planned trainings (under Activity 1 of the contract) will improve the capacity of the employees for the development and planning of strategic documents and normative base, in accordance with priority areas for NSSI. In this way, the aim is to further increase the qualification and motivation of the human resources from the NSSI system. The services under Activity 2 of the contract are accompanying the performance of the services under Activity 1.
According to the Technical Proposal of the Contractor, the present public procurement provides the following:
- Providing access to specialized trainings related to the exchange and dissemination of experience, which are directly related to the activities of the employees of the National Social Security Institute and to the improvement and upgrading of the expertise of the working capacity;
- Providing support for raising the qualification of the employees of the National Social Security Institute, engaged in the specialized areas of competence – expertise of the working capacity, etc.;
- Increasing the capacity of the NSSI staff responsible for the development and implementation of policies in the above area, including planning, monitoring and analysis, as well as improving the skills to undertake adequate activities and decisions, as well as for more efficient and effective implementation of their obligations.
