The teams of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED Bulgaria) and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) held their regular monthly meeting as part of the joint project “Functional Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI Bulgaria).
During the meeting, participants discussed progress on ongoing activities and coordinated upcoming initiatives aimed at supporting employers and facilitating the integration of third-country nationals into the Bulgarian labor market.
CEED Bulgaria is taking a leading role in preparing regional hybrid meetings with employers and sectoral organizations, to be held in cities with significant migrant communities.
The main goal of the initiative, in which CEED Bulgaria is actively involved, is to create a platform for direct dialogue between employers and project experts, exchanging best practices and finding practical solutions to the challenges of hiring third-country nationals.
The hybrid format of the meetings, proposed and supported by CEED Bulgaria, ensures wider accessibility and participation opportunities for employers from different regions. Discussions will focus on concrete challenges related to hiring procedures, compliance with labor legislation, and preventing illegal migration.
Through its expertise and long-standing experience in entrepreneurship, CEED Bulgaria contributes to creating a sustainable environment for the integration of third-country nationals, which in turn stimulates creativity, innovation, and productivity in the Bulgarian economy.
More information about the upcoming regional meetings within the FSMI Bulgaria initiative will be shared soon.
