This study is conducted under the Collective Innovation to Fight Climate Change project, which aims to produce a set of training and educational materials to raise awareness and contribute to the fight against climate change through collective innovation and efforts.

The study is expected to provide an overview of the current practices adopted by SMEs and entrepreneurs to involve their employees to “green” behavior within the enterprise. At the same time, the successes and challenges faced by organizations in the process of building sustainability will be highlighted.
