What are Bulgarian employers’ attitudes toward hiring foreign workers from third countries?

CEED Bulgaria, in partnership with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), is conducting a nationwide survey as part of the project “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI in Bulgaria).

The survey aims to collect real data on the expectations, needs, and challenges faced by Bulgarian employers. Based on the results, a practical handbook, an analytical report with recommendations, and a digital communication strategy will be developed to support better integration of migrants into the labor market.
