On September 9, 2025, the partners of the project “Functionally Sustainable Migration and Integration in Bulgaria” (FSMI in Bulgaria) – the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED Bulgaria) and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) – held a regular meeting to discuss the progress of activities and the preparation of the upcoming National Round Table.

The event will take place on September 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Sofia, in a hybrid format – in person at the Grand Hotel Sofia (1 General Gurko St.) and online via Zoom.

During the partner meeting, key organizational matters and the agenda of the forum were discussed, which will include:

• an official opening with the participation of representatives of ministries and institutions responsible for migration processes and the labor market;

• presentation of the project results achieved so far;

• an open discussion with stakeholders on the challenges and opportunities related to labor force integration in Bulgaria.

The National Round Table aims to bring together representatives of national and local authorities, international organizations, NGOs, business associations, employers, and academia to jointly outline solutions for the sustainable development of migration policies in the country.

The event is organized within the framework of a project funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria (MoI) and the European Union (EU).
